The M&A Research Centre at Bayes Business School is delighted to invite you to the 16th Annual Outlook for M&A event.
Join us as an expert panel discusses the likely direction of the M&A market in 2026 and identifies which industries and regions will drive activity.
Ian Hart, the former Chair of the Takeover Panel who now chairs the M&A Research Centre’s advisory board will moderate the discussion. Ian is also Co-Chairman of UK Investment Banking at UBS and former Director General of the Takeover Panel. Professor Scott Moeller, who founded the research centre at Bayes, will introduce the event.
The panel members are:
- Liz Claydon, KPMG’s Global Head of Deal Advisory, who also leads on the consultancy’s Global Life Sciences business.
- Michel Driessen, the M&A Research Centre’s Director and Chair of Queen’s Tower Advisory. He was previously Senior Partner in the Strategy and Transactions Group of EY UKI
- Todd Partridge, Head of Global Marketing at SS&C Intralinks
- John West, Global Commentary Editor at Mergermarket - ION Analytics.
The audience will have the chance to ask questions.
